Shipping costs and delivery times
We use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service to send our parcels and you can choose 2nd class signed for at £3.95 or 1st class signed for at £4.95 when you check out. Please note that both of these services require a signature on receipt.
All mainland UK orders over £45 qualify for free shipping.
We ship to all countries in Europe for the flat rate fee of £9.95 using the Royal Mail track and sign for service.
We currently do not ship outside of Europe.
Accepted methods of payment
We currently only accept payments through PayPal but don't worry if you don't have an account as PayPal accepts all major credit and debt card payments and you can make payment without setting an account up.
All prices are in GBP and priced per item.
From time to time we may have to slightly increase the price of an item due to the increased costs of importing goods and fluctuating exchange rates. Rest assured we will only do this when it is absolutely necessary.
Refunds and returns
If you are unhappy with your products or have changed your mind and wish to return them for a refund or exchange you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. You must contact us before returning any item(s) for a returns number.
Refunds will only be given if the products are in the original unopened condition (This means that no seals or packaging have been broken). For hygiene reasons products must be unused and untested. Items are sent back to us at the buyers expense.
Refunds will only be given once the returned item(s) have been received by us and using the original method of payment due to anti money laundering regulations.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide us with correct address details and we will not be held responsible for parcels being delayed/not received due to incorrect address details being submitted.
Royal Mail do not consider a package to be officially lost until 15 days after the expected delivery date (around 18 days after despatch for UK orders and 25 for International orders). In the unlikely event that your package has been lost, please contact us after the aforementioned time period has lapsed via the contact page.
Cancelling your order
You can exercise your right to cancel your order. Please do so by emailing us via the contact page. We aim to get all our parcels in the post within 1-2 working days, so if your order has already been sent out they will have to be returned for a refund on the item(s), postage will be at your own cost.
Privacy and security
Your privacy and security while using the site is of great importance to us and we use Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) which automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours.
The personal data we need to complete your order such as your email and postal address is never shared with 3rd parties but with your permission we may send you news letters from time to time with the latest news from Makeup Without Malice.
